The Daily Mail has published the contents of another MP’s bin, this time Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, Hillary Benn.
He promotes recycling–and proposing fines for those who don’t–whilst simultaneously failing to recycle himself. Will he get a £200 fine?
Of course not, in HMP Britain there is one rule for the law makers and enforcers, and another for the peasants.
