Never let it be said HMP Britain doesn’t cover good policing. Here’s a fine example from Thames Valley Police. On the birthdays of known offenders, the Chief Inspector delivers a cake and card urging them to change their ways. A good way of intimidating known offenders without it affecting honest citizens.
