Couldn’t resist the title. Not the best few months for Nottinghamshire Constabularly. First they arrested 114 people en masse and then there was much controversy over their very public electrocution of a man on the streets. Now they kill two dogs in a hot car, resulting in their second IPCC referral in as many months. [...]
